TRAINEE ACCOUNTANT
Start Date: Immediate & October 2025 Opportunities Available
Location: Dorking, Surrey (occasional travel within the UK will be required)
Hours: Full time, 9:00am-17:00pm Monday - Friday
We are seeking a trainee to join our firm and embark on an interesting and rewarding career in accountancy, at either AAT or ACA level. This opportunity offers a motivated individual the chance to gain a professional qualification, plus wide-ranging practical experience, all within a friendly and supportive work environment.
During a typical training programme, our trainee accountants are exposed to clients in a range of sectors, and work towards obtaining practical experience and knowledge in audit, accounts, tax, management accounting and a range of accounting software packages.
To train at AAT level, we require an individual with at least 2 x A-Level passes and a minimum of 5 x GCSE passes at Grade 4 or above including English and Maths.
To train at ACA level, we require an individual to have a degree at 2ii level or above and at least 2 x A-Level passes.
In addition to the above, applicants will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to further study. Good IT skills and relevant work experience will be a distinct advantage.
Salary dependent on training level, qualifications and relevant experience.
